About me

I am a PhD candidate starting in 2024 at the Computer Graphics and Visualization group, TU Delft.

My background is in physically based and real-time rendering. I worked on an adaptive spatial subdivision technique for path guiding, in a collaboration with Disney Research Zurich and Blender Institute. Prior to this, I explored various rendering-related topics including compilers, denoising, and data-driven methods.

In my free time, I love making music through different instruments and singing with people. I want to explore how to combine music and visualization in a creative way, fostering an engaging and rewarding experience for choir beginners to learn singing. For a proof of concept, I made Seeing Harmony, an interval progression visualizer.

I obtained my master’s degree at ETH Zurich and my bachelor’s degree at Tsinghua University. I was a graphics programming intern at Bytedance Game Department in the summer of 2020, and a research intern at the Realistic Graphics Lab, EPFL in the summer of 2022.
